Caldo Gallego Ingredients Needed:
1 Tablespoon of olive oil, 1 1/2 ounces of chorizo sausage, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 can (15.5 ounces) no salt added cannellini beans or white kidney beans, rinsed and drained, 5 cups of water, 1 Tablespoon of Knorr’s Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor, 2 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes, 2 cups of thinly sliced Kale, 2 Tablespoons of chopped fresh Cilantro.
